Welcome to Classic RC Company! We are thrilled to supply you with your RC needs. Before you hit that checkout button, let’s quickly talk about how shipping works around here.
The Short Version: We are a passionate, locally-owned, brick-and-mortar hobby shop—not a massive e-commerce mega-corp with delivery drones. We hustle hard to get your gear to you safely, but we don't have guaranteed 2-day shipping. We appreciate your support, your patience, and your understanding!
Here is everything you need to know about getting your gear:
🕰️ When We Pack & Ship (Processing Times) Our primary goal is taking care of the customers standing in our shop and the orders coming through our site. Our fulfillment schedule looks like this:

Sunday & Monday: We are closed! Our staff is out racing, bashing, or enjoying a well-deserved weekend. No orders are packed or shipped on these days.

Saturday: Saturdays are the busiest days in our physical shop. Because most shipping carriers do not pick up on Saturdays anyway, our team is focused on face-to-face customers. Your order likely won't be packed until Tuesday.

Tuesday - Friday: This is when the shipping magic happens. We work as fast as we can to get your boxes out the door.
🚚 Choosing Your Carrier: The Need for Speed (or Not) Once a package leaves our hands, we can't control the weather, the traffic, or the delivery driver. Please choose your shipping method wisely:

USPS Ground Advantage (The Scenic Route): This is our economy option. It is a fantastic way to save a few bucks! However, please note that shipments leaving our specific area via this method are frequently delayed. If your package is taking a while, please don't panic—it isn't lost, it’s just taking its sweet time.

UPS (The Reliable Route): If you are keeping an eagle eye on the tracking number and want a more accurate delivery window, we highly recommend choosing UPS.

A note on weather: If there is a serious weather event in your state or ours, delivery trucks slow down. We cannot refund or replace items due to Mother Nature's delays.
🏴☠️ Porch Pirates & Package Security We do everything we can to pack your items securely. However, once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Classic RC Company is no longer responsible for it.

We do not send free replacements or issue refunds for stolen packages.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a safe delivery location. If you have a local porch pirate problem, we strongly recommend routing your package to a PO Box, shipping it to your workplace, or requesting a signature upon delivery.
⚠️ Lost Packages & Carrier Claims If your tracking hasn't updated in an unusually long time and the package is genuinely lost in transit, we have your back—but there is a process:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

We must wait for the carrier's investigation to conclude.

We will not issue a refund or send a replacement shipment unless and until the shipping service approves the claim. We know waiting is frustrating, but as a small business, we cannot absorb the cost of the carrier's mistakes.
