2.2" Rock Crawler Tires & Wheels

Tires, beadlock wheels and inserts for 2.2" wheels, the larger 1/10 crawler and competition size.

A 2.2" tire runs taller than a 1.9" of the same class. That buys ground clearance and a longer contact patch on rock, and it raises the center of gravity at the same time. It is a trade, not an upgrade.

Nearly all of these wheels are beadlocks, which matters more here than at the small sizes because a taller tire has more leverage working against the bead.

One naming note. Traxxas uses 2.2" in two senses. The 8170 Canyon Trail set on this page is a true 2.2" part for the 1/10 TRX-4. Small scale sets with 2.2 in the name are 1.0" wheel parts and live on the 1.0" page.
